So I finally have all my parts and my new rewound stator and EBR modded rotor. I took the 6 sprag bolts out but can't get the piece ou of my old rotor to bolt it on to my EBR one. Does anyone have any advice on this? Also does anyone have any detailed instructions on how to lock the shaft before torquing the rotor on? You just screw the locking tool into the bottom correct? I did that but could
Still spin things around. Any help would be great as I'm a noob on these things and feel as though I bit off more then I could chew on this project

How did you get the rotor nut off if the Crank Locking tool was not installed properly in the first place?

My rotor nut just came off with hardly any force at all almost just by hand.... And I did get the locking tool to finally work. I just put the lock in and turned the rotor till it locked in. I hope it is fine got the new EBR rotor on just need to put my new stator back in the cover and bolt it on. My stator came with white ties holding the wire too the stator a little and was wondering of I should cut it off or leave it on?

Yes duphikin I read those links, very very helpful just a lot of little Info missing for first timers lol. But it did help alot
