Wait, you live in a town house. So the drive way is what 20ft (max) long?
Why doesn't he back up into the driveway?
Then the baby seat is not in the way and he doesn't risk backing over anything or ANYONE.
Motorcycles are cheap to replace. What if the Buell was a child?
Since you are in a development, I am sure children are constantly riding bicycles, scooters, ect down the sidewalks and in the street.
If he can not see a motorcycle, he can not see a child.
Honestly, since you are in a development, do you have a HOA? I would push to require everyone to back into their driveway.
If anyone is wondering, my 2 year old just got a tricycle yesterday and can already pedal that thing at fast enough that I have to jog to keep up. Luckily it has a handle which sticks up high enough to work like a flag, but I still freaked out when I read your posting.
Talk to his wife and say, what if it was your child or the neighbors, instead of my bike. |

Bought a Triumph Daytona 675 instead. |
