I was at putnam http://putnampark.com/wp/index.php/the-track-2/tra ck-map/
going into turn 1 (+-100mph) if theres slower people, I would take is just a hair deep and on the outside(much rather use the inside tho), and would just keep the lean into turn 2. I was on the out side. myself and another rider was coming up on a slower rider. I thought for sure the guy I was racing with got stuck jamming the breaks on into turn 1 behind the slow guy. As I was leaning into 2 here cam the guy and took my line as his bike was forced there because of his speed, which at that point as its said I ran out of real estate. I jumped over the brim of turn 2 committed, gained control, and was back on at turn 3. I caught the guy 2 laps later..end of this session. Once into the pits looked the bike over, and saw that I bent both front and rear rim on the right side only.

Question has anyone had these rims straighted, and would straighting weaken the rims?

Those rims are easily repaired by most shops that do this work. I'd look for someone local to avoid shipping costs. If you do end up having to ship them to someone, I've had good luck with http://motorcycleframeman.com/ on a front BMW rim I bent. It came back good as new.
