Just wanted to take the opportunity to introduce myself. I'm the proud new owner of an 08 1125r. The catch is I'm in Afghanistan and won't be home until the end of the year. I couldn't pass up the deal though. Great price and a clean all stock bike. My brother went and picked it up today for me. The guy said he was a member of all the forums but not sure if he's on here or not. I'm from Pennsylvania and the bike is from Maryland so if anyone knows the guy it came from let him know I appreciate him working with a guy who's overseas. Next step for me is to do my research and buy the best bang for the buck exhaust and programmer/ecm. I'm leaning towards the Keda RT-3 and EBR ECM but we'll see. My brother is a Ducati guy and said that he was completely surprised by the 1125r. Faster and more comfortable than he though it would be. It'll be sitting in his garage for the next 5-6 months so it might have a few extra miles on it when I get home. I look forward to all the info I'm gonna be sucking from you guys to get this thing set up right for me when I get home. Noah |

I had a keda rt3 and an ebr race ecm. It really brings out the power. I could not believe it. Go with that combination. I later switched to a rt2 because the rt3 is so loud but there wasn't that much difference. |

Your going to LOVE the RT3 and EBR combo. Its been killing me to have mine off. Had to remove it after getting a new motor put in and I have been trying to wait until 3000 miles to put it back on. Only 600 more miles and im there. Take care of your self over there and thanks for what your doing. Its people like you that allows us to do all the stuff we want to do here. |
