I am wanting to tweak my EBR ecm on my 2009 1125R. Do I use tunerpro RT with a separate program to read?

You can use ECM Read for Mono (subset of ECMSpy) to read and write data to the ECM. It needs the Mono runtime environment installed before hand though.

Tuner Pro also has the ability to read/write directly to the ECM but I've not used that feature - I think there are some here that have.
My personal opinion... I know ECM Read is bullet proof and would rather leave the sensitive task of burning the EPROM to a tool that I know and trust.

You can use Tunerpro Rt (free). It does it all reader/writer and Data log and adjuster.

Quite simple to use...
