What is the best way to repair the fuel drip from the vent/overflow line on the 09 cr?

Mine's always done it. She's just telling me she's enjoyed the exercise. It's like my dog, covered in dribbled saliva, after a good run

I'm with Dannybuell.

Fill the tank only up to the tank's filler neck (below it), not anywhere near the actual opening. I overfilled mine like that twice and both times my California bike dripped fuel at the right-rear where the charcoal canister is Until I used up the fuel.

Still leaks when hot, doesn't matter how much gas.

I always go below the filler neck.

You can purchase the charcoal canister from any HD dealership. You can install it yourself or have them do it. They installed for me and it works great, it's the size of a bigger coke can and you can still smell the fumes but no more leak. Hope that helps.

The can goes under the seat. Then there is a hose that connects to the intake(that is a bitch) and the other one connects to the fuel tank vent line.
I just bought my parts from the local hd dealer.
