I have 3 codes. Comm error, front ING system and fuel pressure system. The R was flooded once over winter after the battery went to low and I tried to get it to start with no luck. I got it started but then had codes bike and keep the battery charged up.

I got it out today still showing codes but ran perfect. I have and EBR ECU and Rt3 pipe. Was thinking if there is a comm error the light will be on even if the other 2 codes are fixed because the ECU dosent know they are fixed, any ideas?

Also was thinking about swiching the ECU back to stock for a day then back to EBR to see if that fixes the comm error along with the others.

Has anyone done this or have any other ideas?

Thanks for the help.

Are they current codes or historic?

If they are historic, don't worry about them. Comm error occurs when there is a loss of communication between the cluster and ECM, often due to power loss/low voltage. The ing system error and fuel pressure errors also can occur during a low voltage situation, as those systems aren't getting enough power to function correctly. These codes will clear themselves out after 50 starts.

If they are current codes, I doubt your bike would be running.
