Ended up buying the PR3 rear, but realized I have quite a bit of life left on the front Rosso, so I will keep the mismatched set for a while I guess. Any major issues in doing so? I have heard that the matched set is better, and have always run matched tires, so I am just curious if I will be needing to watch for anything specific while running different front and rear tires.

Mismatched is fine. The handling might be a bit different, but there's nothing unsafe about it.

Ponti,

I had handling issues when I ran a PR2 on the rear and the stock corsa on the front.

If you are going with the PR3's go all the way, front and back.

if you dont lean the bike much, you can put a rock on the front and a piece of driftwood in the back, youll be fine.

but if you ride at 7/10s and above then youll want the tires to match

Started to lose the front Q2 in a corner today, very cold, my fault

Very communicative, was able to easily recover it

Got my PR3 mounted, and looks like good weather this week! Thanks to everyone for the input!! One more question...What pressures do you guys run for PR3? I am interested in rear specifically, but front is also nice to have for when I replace that one.
