Hey guys,
today my EBR clutch actuator kit arrives
from a german dealer (cause it´s cheaper freight to Austria).

Do you have a comparison picture, according to the OEM parts and the EBR parts?

Cause in my delivery the 2 big o-rings from the bigger piston/case are missing & my little piston only has 2 instead of 3 o-rings like shown on EBR´s homepage.

Maybe you can send me a picture of your EBR clutch actuator, then i can contact my dealer what he is doing :/

If this is any help at all, the EBR clutch actuator I ordered was also missing the 2 outer sleeve O-rings. The OEM outer O-rings will work, just make sure to use new O-rings and do not re-use the original O-rings.

I got mine today as well. I like the cup is steel and the piston aluminum with 2 orings in each slot. You must use your old spring and circlip.

That sounds like a grand trip!11 I live in NJ so as I am sure you know LA is almost as far away as Austria!! If you ever get to NY let me know we can set up a tour or two. Let us know how your clutch feels in comparison to the old one.

sounds great : )!
i will let you know after the bike comes back - i´m so happy that i found a local dealer which is a racer and good technician, cause not many people know the technic of the 1125`s because the machines are too young and not sold often here in Austria : ( - so mine is very unique and i love that everbody is watching on the gas stations and at the restaurant if i take a rest : )....
he/she: ehm, whats that for a bike ?!
me: buell 1125
he/she: really? i don´t know that bike - looks really great

Please send me your e-mail address so maybe we could stay in contact if you are interested.

Kevin

@ gdkp: You live in Austria? I currently live here in Kaiserslautern Germany. I have been down that way towards Austria and must say it is a beautiful area.

@ gdkp: Unfortunately my German isn't that good as of yet. Hoping with study it will get better. Is the weather there starting to get toward the spring or is it still deep in winter?

hey guys,
yesterday i got back my bike from my dealer : )) good improvement the EBR clutch actuator kit!!

Clutch is little tighter to pull (not sooo much heavier ..), but the feeling is very good - if you drive a lot in traffic before you came to mountains (like me) it will be a nice gimmik, cause of the smooth feeling : )!!

Second benefit: the clutch will be leakproof ; )

Got bike back and road it Thursday and yesterday, new actuator works great, little heavier pull, but better engagement and feel. Thumbs up on the EBR actuator!
