just thought i'd share the two videos i made at a track day i went to. i had a blast! i showed up late(thanks to my wife... surprised?) after scrambling to get to the rider brief, then getting my bike through inspection, it turned out alright. the first video, the camera was angled too far down. the track day was put on by the Marines aboard Camp Pendleton. not too bad for a helicopter landing pad! enjoy!!

See, Marine Corps leadership gets it.

I'm a sport bike instructor for Air Force Mobility Command. Air Force riders still have to attend the "sport bike course". 20 MPH turns through pretty little cones in a parking lot. What a waste.

What better an idea than to let a guy go balls to the wall in a controlled environment, as apposed to the dangerous - cage infested public roads????

While not Infineon or Laguna Seca, a Heli pad or runway makes more sense than the 405.

Looks like fun!

Pepperk496, when I was on Oahu there was a joint effort that resulted in a quasi-track day setup held by California Superbike School. Dylan Code himself ran the events and they were very informative. Maybe contact your local MSF boffins and point them in that direction.

Not too long ago, a friend and myself had to fight to get onto a roster for Lee Parks Total Control. The course was astounding compared to the Sportbike Rider Course we are mandated to take every three years. I learned way more than I thought I would. I apply the techniques every time I ride.
The track day is put on every quarter. They change the basic setup of the course, but it's always in the same place. It was a lot of fun. And it was FREE!!!
