Saw one of the first motorcycles with...both fuel and oil in the frame today.

A 1912 Pierce. All original and it runs.
The owner ran it thru the 1/8 mile (drag strip)....24mph at a wopping 23 seconds.

The fuel is in the front down tube and the back-bone. The oil tank is the rear (under the seat) down tube.

It also has a belt drive (toothless).

"Everything old, is new again".

That's awesome!

Very cool for someone to not only have an old bike like that but to ride it!

Very much like the red one on the page below.
But...in its natural state of OLD red...if you know what I mean (unrestored) on the outside.
It did have new Coker white tires on it though, just like the one in the picture...!
