Can someone post up pictures or give me suggestions for safety wiring the stock rear axle and pinch bolt on an 1125. Also, pictures of other items that are specific to Buells would be a big help.

I'll put up pics tomorrow.

For the rear pinch bolt, you need to use a longer bolt than OEM, and put a spacer in there. That will get the head up above the recess so you can wire it. I've got an extra Ti one I'll sell you, but it won't be cheap.

For the axle, on the threads side the axle itself does tick out just enough to drill and wire a loop. Or, I use axle sliders and wire those.

Thanks, that's what I did for the front brake caliper. I found some 1/4" spacers and longer bolts. Here are some pictures in case someone else has any questions.

Your work looks good. On the rear axle, on the opposite side of the pinch bolt, it's easy to wire the axle... there's a little that sticks beyond the threads. Drill that.

The pinch bolt is a PITA all the way around. McMaster is your friend.
