Not specifically. Tunerpro uses the same definition files so unless you have an interface question we might still be able to help.

The fuel map is part of the EEPROM, so yes.

I've just started with ecmspy mono.
Make sure you've got your original eeprom saved nice and safely.

I've got standard eeproms for zd and 2d emcs plus a couple of "race"eeproms.

First experiences are promising, but keeping it to simple changes for now.

"are you using megalog to "update" the fuel maps?"

No just for viewing logs at the mo.Was waiting for the new exhaust, now got to get 2 widebands fitted and hooked up-waiting for pack of ecm connector pins from harley so that they can be plugged into the ecm and logged alongside everything else.

Batty - you have part #'s for the ECM pins? Last time I was at the dealer they looked at me funny and didn't even attempt to search for it. I do have a parts manual at home but didn't even think to look for them there - will when I get home though.
For anyone interested in logging wide bands, I think Robrod had a series of posts from a few months back where he was attempting to hook up some Innovate wide bands so that it would output with other logged data in Tuner Pro. Pin numbers, formulas etc. Might be worth a search.

So when you run megalog on a log....can you cut and paste the new fuel map into ecmspy and then burn the eeprom with the updated fuel map? The only place I see a burn is on the eeprom tab.

Megalog only shows me all the data that ecmspy saved as a log.At least that's all I'm doing with it so far.
I've not got in deep enough to try any remapping yet.I'm relying on others with more experience to educate me.
I need to get on the dyno and get some comparisons of the different setups I already have.
Will be getting widebands hooked up in the next couple of days. Then do some riding with the different ecms that I have and see what they show.
I bought a 2nd hand ecm-buezd- so that I could mess with that and not have to worry about screwing it up,but it turned out to not be standard and first ride "felt" damn good!!!
