I need proof that 08 parts have been retrofitted into a 09.
Tileys hd is willing to help but I need proof.

What sort of proof do they need? Proof that it works or proof that HD have done it in the past?

PM sent, here's my bike listing as including the '08 stator & rotor.

after burning up 4 oem '09 stators within the first 12K, 10,000 miles since those parts went in with no charging issues.... IMHO it's the ONLY fix.

Ok my bikes at dealer. There still stating there no proof 08 parts more crap 09 parts.
The few I have herd from were dealer good will and have not been invoiced as 2008 parts in there 09.
Guess getting more shit parts from hd and try and unload this bike....
