I have the Jardine RT5 and the Pro Tune 3 on my bike, anyone else running one of these on their bikes? If so what setting are you running it at?

I was, before I gotmy Erik Buell Racing ecm. If I recall correctly, I left the green mode (idle/cruise) pretty well dialed back, with most of the others near the max. I found that strategy left my fuel mileage alone (maybe even increased it), reduced decel popping to a tolerable level, and tamed the midrange dip in the torque curve.

The solution was not perfect, but pretty good. I suggest you experiment though; the range of settings on the PT3 is limited enough that you can't really do any damage. And if you get to a place you can't stand (I never did), just disconnect power for a moment and you're back at the default setup.
