Hi Guys!

I'm from Brazil!
I have a 1125r for track days...

I'll change the sprocket and belt for CR parts..

Someone tell me what the right size of the pulley to be made??

it's more than just the belt and sprocket.

the CR pulley is a 76T

I believe he is asking what size for the tensioner pulley he needs to make.

I did a quick search and found posts showing the pulley and such, but no technical details on size.

or mount your self a tensioned-idler

I believe effracing will make you an oversize pulley..
