Caution: Depending on when the ECM was "created", it may or may not have the 09 stator harness control logic.

It depends. There are "ways".

The simplest we can discuss is just to "try" it. It should be apparent if the stator control is working. At idle at some times the voltage readout should drop to ~12.2-12.4.

When I installed mine in my 09 originally, it drove the relay completely wonky. Switching on and off repeatedly. Not sure what they had pin 21 set to do in the race ecm...but it certainly was NOT to control the stator harness properly!

strange, the 2009 ECM for a 2009 Model 1125 use different injectors?.

How is it possible that would work?. different calibration injectors, or am i missing something here?

Different spray pattern only.09 injectors spray on intake valve for improved cooling.

I see my mistype now, that is why you CAN'T use a 2008 ECM that is calibrated for a 2008 model 1125, in a 2009 or later model 1125. Simpel becuase the injector calibrattion software is different.

Look inside the ECM to see what i mean (-:

ofcourse you can go to a official dealer and ask them to reflash it.

As I said only the spray pattern is different, ecm adjusts the micro seconds the injector is open as per the fuel air needed.Ebr says they are a direct replacement

J_copland and Avalaugh,

Do you have the stator harness in your 09s? Can you confirm whether the 08 Race ECM is controlling it properly?

I can confirm beyond a shadow of doubt that mine did not.
