I just got an FMF APEX, it looks great.
Do I use the stock exhaust gaskets with the FMF?
Someone said RTV silicone?
Or do I just us the clamps that came with the FMF?

Hey Dktech...I did not use the stock gaskets, I don't think you even can. I just slipped the pipe on while it as cold and tightened up the clamps...No leaks to date.

Use a high temp silicone (Permatex Ultra Copper) to seal any potential leaks. The OEM gaskets won't fit anyway.

+2 ultra copper permatex. I had a barker on my CR and HMF on my 08. Cheap insurance for leaks.
