I am making a bid on a pillion seat that came of a 2008 1125R, do you guys know if that particular pillion seat will fit a 2009 1125CR or not? Thanks.

Yes, it'll fit, they are the same, just the same as a Firebolt unit

the material is different between xb9 and xb12 if you were to bid on one of those though. the xb9 would be like the 1125's but the 12's are a perforated material.

Also, keep in mind the 1125 rear seat has an msrp of $41.95 (per surdyke). Don't know if you could still get one new though. If you're on ebay those guys think they're sitting on gold.

Just my $.02, hope it's not too late.

my guess is the pillion seat is still available. I bought a rider seat a few weeks back that i'm taking in to an upholstery place to get some custom cushioning in it.

The seat only took about 5 days to show up at the dealership.

I first looked at e-bay and found one going for $100 and then realized that a new one was about half that.

Beugs is right on the retail price as well.

Every single stock part for the 1125 is still available.

At the parts counter of your favorite Buell dealer. I personally order from Precision Harley, they give 10% off to Badwebbers and no tax for those out of state (RI). Send a PM to Tripp with what you want. : )
