Jeremy Toye's , Lee's Cycle

Jeremy is an AMA pro superbike rider - currently campaigning a BMW out of his shop and SD BMW
Sometimes you can "walk in" on an early Saturday Morning and get a base run done - it depends on their work load - it's racing season and many of the SD guys use Lee's that race at WSR for tuning and maint.
If you do a track day or even go to a race up at WSR ( Willow Springs RaceWay) a mobile dyno is sometimes available...here's a link to a mobile dyno service - you could call him and see what his schedule is...

Fontana is not too far for you...

when dynos first came out I think I paid $125 for a base line run - it's about half that ($60) now and if you go to a track and use the mobile dyno it may be a little lower ( $50)...it's early my brain doesn't work too good without some caffeine - call them and get an up to date price.
make sure you have enough gas in the tank(frame) - the rear tire is in good shape and your belt looks OK - Dynos have a way of exposing weaknesses

And you could also post you question on the racing section of the forum - someone on that forum may know of a dyno closer to you -good luck
