(1) What is the torque spec for the stator cover bolts?
(2) Is there a special bleeding/filling procedure for the cooling system? (both rads have been removed)

I know I need to get the service and parts manuals ..... but waiting to see if my mods make my bike more reliable/keepable first
Thanks

97 inch pounds on the bolts. Idle bike and fill right radiator with coolant as air bleeds out.

Also, I think you are supposed to bleed the rads on the side stand, bike shouldn't be vertical.

Fresno is correct. With the bike on the side stand the right radiator filler neck is the highest point in the system.

Thanks everyone, I thought that someone had said there was a sequence to be followed. It seemed easier to do it now then to carry a jug of antifreeze with me for top ups. The mod is reversing the air flow through the rads. The aluminized insanity is just about complete and will be ready for testing very soon. I did post up with this last fall but only had one side near completion. On my way back to my buddy's garage with the black silicone to seal up all the joints in the air scoops. Also had to re-locate the ECM ..... two days to make the silicone isolated and heat shielded ECM mounting bracket. I need to work faster
Flywheel/stator and voltage regulator are next. Then the Q-D EX-Box gets adapted. All this before the California trip.... I hope
