Can anyone confirm that 6.2 is in fact the latest revision for the cluster? I've seen a 6.3 mentioned on here some place.
The servicing dealer that I have gone to with the CEL/LFL issue, indicated that my 6.1 and cal 1.0 is the latest version.

An series of e-mails I got from an anonymous Buell engineer said the latest IC firmware was 6.2 for 08-09 and 7.1 for the 2010 MY.
The time frame was early December 2009 so I doubt there is a newer Rev.

Remember, 2 distinct failure modes -

1)LFL/CEL at startup, both go out as bike reaches OpTemp(151F ?). replace IC if earlier than 6.2 or 7.1

2)LFL/CEL come ON as bike reaches OpTemp, may go out later as frame/tank heatsoaks. replace fuel pump/sensor ass'y.

Both lights and the associated DTCs are "info only" AFAIK.
Just ignore them if you can, I did for a year or so..
