I was replacing the rear bearings over the winter, and found this on the spacer. It galled nicely on the wheel too. Just now getting around to downloading photos. Is this common? Thanks

I just changed my tires. My rear axle was kinda cruddy with corrosion off the spacer. The front was clean. The wheels themselves were fine. I almost bought a new axle. I probably will when it's time for new tires again.

Mine is exactly the same, but I'm having trouble with the bearings spinning in the wheel now, have had to buy another wheel as the seat on the wheel has worn and I can pull the bearings out with my fingers :0
