I am putting on some Rizoma bar ends and after market mirrors. I am removing the stock mirrors, but I want to get new turn signals. I have looked at led strips on the pods, and I have looked at getting after market turn signals and putting them in the headlight assembly.
Can I get some advice from other people that have done this?

I'm doing a turn signal conversion myself. Did the running light to turn signal swap with some 5 LED bulbs, but looking at some 15 LED bulbs to get some more light out of them. Like these:

Got these at autozone, they are adhesive mount. They can be cut to length, I didn't cut mine. I put plugs on the pods so they can be unplugged when the pods are being removed. They are pretty bright and easy to see, when they are on. The flash on my camera takes away from some of the brightness. I hope these work, my first time to post pics.

The pod trick is a cool idea...

Can they be seen from the side too?

I mounted a pair of Rizoma "Track 77" LED signals directly to the headlamp assembly on my CR when I got ride of the stock mirrors on slapped on some bar end units. Works great.
