I remember reading a post a while back about the race ECM possibly draining the battery and was wondering if anyone recalls what the outcome was?


I couldn't find the thread so I figured I'd ask.

I think you may be refering to the race ECM's propensity to run the fans more often which puts more of a load on the battery...

It's true that the fans are on more ofetn witht he Erik Buell Racing ECM, but it shouldn't be too much of a problem unless you do a LOT of riding in the 2k-4k rev range.
