Check out www.gaugeface.com

Aren't Buell ECM's made by Delphi? The company makes a cable that plugs into the ECM then into your iPod or iPhone giving you temp tach, etc....

Toss in ECMspy into that and we are golden!

Our stock gauge cluster already does all of this, does it not?

I was referring to all Buells... Yes the 1125 already has all that info... They are all Delphi units in most Buells right?

Ahh, that would make more sense. I am not sure of the XB12, XB9, etc gauges, but I know Delphi has their hands in a lot of different bikes.

I saw that posted on TheKneeSlider
I think its really neat, would be great for a custom bike, something for someone that didnt want traditional gauges on their bikes.
But for the money, it should do more stuff.
I watched the video (that was posted on TKS), and the gauge was really basic, wouldnt be super easy to read.

Again, cool idea in my opinion, but 250 bucks for its limits....ouch

I like the idea of the app and cable but it could be improved.

I'd like to see a Bluetooth or WiFi cable / dongle that wirelessly transmits the data to your phone. It could be used for data logging and combined with the GPS on your phone, map your ride and overlay the logged data so you can see how it corresponds to each turn / etc. On track days it can be used as a lap timer and again to correspond engine data to each turn.

No I don't think it would work.... even if it's the same manufacturer, that date-range of ECMs communicate a lot differently than ours. For fun though, here's a link to what I had running on my XB9 before I traded it my 1125R.
