Hey DJ, can you put up some pics or email me please, had my first MOT yesterday and got an advisory for the rear brake not having a sprung return on it, i explained that it's factory but they weren't impressed and insisted they rigged up a rubber band type solution to pass it :0

Also mentioned the headlights being way out of allignment but said he would over look that !

Oh and i also got an advisory for the factory silencer being too loud !!!!

I ask myself how could I buy a Brembo goldline caliper which is far superior product that comes with pads etc (as does the Nissin) for less cash than the OEM part?

You forgot the Harley Tax. A handful of fasteners for Ulysses luggage racks is something like $50 at a dealer, or under $2 at a local hardware store.

It is pretty loud, I know of one person here in the states that almost didn't pass an annual inspection because they thought it was too loud.

Next weekend I will install a Brembo rear master cylinder which is direct replacement for the OEM unit and I will fit the Brembo RCS front master cylinder at the same time.

I like the idea of replacing the rear caliper and MC with Brembo parts. A lot. If you can find the time please post some detailed photos of the parts and how you have them fitted. Thanks!

This sounds like a mod I want to do.

Mountainstorm, I intend to fit the remaining Brembo rear and front components at the weekend but I know I have to continue to rebuild about 100 yards of timber fencing which came down in a storm, pics will follow in the next week or too.
JDugger, I took the RCS master cyl off my track bike, you are correct they are a good upgrade

Its called keeping her indoors happy so when the weather improves I can take out the 1125R without getting earache that I should be taking the Harley and her out for a spin instead.
