Hi @ll
Well, some days ago I realised that my 1125R was not cooling after switch off. Yo know, normally was doing a sound when you were turning your key to off, the same as when you start it. And I also can read a COMM ERROR that appears very fast.
The thing is that even with a high cooling temp, the cooling system does not work with the motorbike stopped. When on of course yes.
Does anybody know what the problem comes from?
CU and Thx
PS: hope my English is clear enough to explain what the problem is... I'm from Spain

This occurs when the Cluster and ECM do not communicate properly...

More than likely your cluster needs to be changed.....

Check all your main electrical grounds and be sure they are tight.
A bad ground will drive the ECM/IC crazy, puts all kinds of garbage in the message.

I wish my brother was here, he speaks Castillian fluently.
I know how to swear.

Hi Zack,
Thx for the answer.
Could be...
In fact I realised the problem just after installing a new exhaust. Not for the exhaust itself, but because I had to move the rear brake wire when mounting the bracket. It was oo tight and maybe I did something wrong.
By the way, how can I check the grounds? Or should I visit my Buell dealer?
Thx
Jordi

The bike has several grounds going into the frame (subframe & main spar) at different points. I know there are at least three, one at the tail, one in the midsection and another up near the steering head. I believe ground wires are brown but I'm not sure. Consult your Service Manual to locate each ground wire and check to see if they are not loose.
