I wonder if I will see any other Buells next Sunday. It's a slow boring ride, but it is for a good cause.

I'm thinking about it...

I need to check the time and starting points.

They changed it this year thanks to Jerry. The end is no longer the Arlington Convention Center. Fort Worth now goes from LaGrave Field to Billy Bob's. What is that like 5 miles? It is for a good cause. Also note that they've changed the entry fee. It's now an unwrapped toy and $10.

Looks like I'll be on the DFW side in this event. Good cause.

Going to Big Bend country in March to get my twisty fix.

My clutch hand is hating the thought, no matter which bike I take.

I am going to ride, but I'm not sure which side yet. I want to do the Dallas side. It is much longer. I have an old friend that is going with me, but he lives on the southwest side of Fort Worth. I'm not sure if I can convince him to ride to Dallas. I live in the middle in Arlington. I'm close to either. I am going to get with him and find out soon.

I'll be riding my black 2008R with lowers and wearing a black Vanson leather jacket. I'll be on the Dallas side of things. I am planning on showing up at the horse track around 11:00. I'll be riding with an old friend of mine who will be on a 2010 Harley Streetglide. Maybe I'll see y'all there.

How did you manage the parade twice? I did the Dallas run. I did see a couple of other Buells. I saw a black CR with bar end mirrors, and a really cool XB with an intake through the top of the air box. It had a breather on top where you might put a tank bag. Neither rider was anywhere nearby.

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that the XB was signed on the frame by Erik Buell.

They didn't really have an organized departure time. I followed the first group with Santa at around 12:30 but the main large group didn't leave until about 1:15. Just looped back, it was only 3 miles.
