Where the heck did Buell find such bloody TINY fuses?? Now I have to go try to track down a replacement. Hope they have 'em in the Auto Parts store 'cause I KNOW for a fact the Harley dealer won't have 'em!!!

They do.

I just bought the who assortment box. Hint: be sure to get one with a puller. The standard puller doesn't work either (DAMHIK) . . .

I didn't have a problem pulling the fuse with my fingers. On my way to the auto store now (had to buy a bottle of Patron for a 25th Anniversary party tonight first).

Well, replaced the fuse and that resolved another problem I'd reported here. But now I'm faced with solving the root cause of the issue... finding the short in the horn.

Buell's not the only one with funky fuses.

For ex my R1 has 7.5 funky fuses, even 2 Yamaha dealers didn't have them. Found a box at the local NAPA store.

My guess is they got them the same place every other vehicle manufacturer has gotten them for the past 15 years or so. They're the norm for me as I deal with them on almost a daily basis at a gm dealer. They get even smaller too, Saturn outlooks have smaller versions of the mini fuse. We don't even stock those fuses and the aftermarket part stores have never even seen them.

Just my .02 cents, and I felt like being a smarta$$ this morning.
