Question for those that have camped there in the past --> http://www.twowheelsonly.com/
Are generators allowed? OR Is there electricity available? Heading down there on Wednesday... thought I'd check before dragging down a generator that we can't use. We will need some power. I do have a power inverter that we use if needed worst case.

Thanks,
Mike

I called them. No power, except in the "lodge" and no generators. Check out the buelltoberfest thread on the Quick board. I was offered an outlet from some Buellers that have a room.

I have a small inverter that plugs into the bike. Most of my stuff charges off USB, but I'll bring the inverter if anyone needs it.

I believe there are power outlets near the pool. If you get there on wednesday you should be able to grab a camping spot near an outlet.
Not 100% positive on this since I never camped over by the pool. Maybe someone else can confirm.

I'm renting one of the rooms in the lodge. Anyone that needs to use a power outlet for charging is welcome. I'll be in the lower bedroom just off the porch.

How much power are you going to need? If you are just charging your phone or something I have spare batteries that will charge most phones/laptops. Anything more powerful than that, well you are out of luck : )

Froggy,
Need power to charge the GoPro camera and laptop for file transfers. Oh yeah and mobile phone. I have a power inverter that I can use. Looks like we have some power available though for a heater. Will prob get cold and damp in the tent at night.

Thanks
