Front:
Black, Cast Magnesium 16.5" wheel.
Supposedly from McWilliams XBRR, but I can not confirm the provenance.
Relatively new bearings (4-5 track days on them)
5mm Finned Rotor
Titanium (!) rotor mount bolts
Super light

Rear:
Silver Marchesini forged Magnesium 16.5x5.75
1125r Stock Pulley
Works with the chain drive kit with a bearing swap
Superlight -- the pulley weighs more than the wheel, I think.

These are set up to swap directly on a stock 1125r. Drop your wheels, put these on, and you are ready for the track.

I'm asking $1200, and have a couple of 16.5 tires I could throw in with the deal.

Sorry for the crappy pictures -- the wheels need a good washing.

I didn't know Marchesini made wheels for buells. Is this the rear wheel adapted from another bike? How would you compare the difference on the bike compared to the stock wheels? Thanks for posting up!

The March is a regular March wheel with a nice milled piece that attaches to the hub on one side and sets it up for use on the Buell. March has always offered a rear wheel for the Buell since the XBRR, to my knowledge.

It's hard to describe the handling differences since you are also upgrading to superbike slicks. In short, the suspension works better, the bike is lighter, turns easier, and holy mother there's SO MUCH TIRE! It's traction for days. The rear runs a 190/65/420 (16.5), I think, and it's roughly the same geometry as a 190/55/17.

Someone running these will do best to adjust their geometry to these tires to take full advantage of them, though I've swapped back and forth with 17 and been OK.

I must tell you, these are really track only. You can't get DOT tires in 16.5 sizes... it's basically slicks or rains.
