Just wondering, if im asking to much for my 1125.. Im asking 4000 but I dont seem to get any bites. Or am I just being impatient? Unfortunately I think folks are actually researching 1125's before buying them. All you need to do is read a couple of the Buell message boards to turn a buyer off of an 1125 .... Sad but true ... | ||

Rebuild makes it tough, and so does the fact that the majority of the country (outside of FL, TX, and SoCal) is prepping for non-riding-wintertime. | ||

bobby - 2500 is way to low. It is almost degrading to sell it for that much. All in total include, buying the bike it took 3500 to get the bike to look the way it is now. 3500 cash would take it. But everyone else. Thanks, I think ill take consideration in fixing the 2 parts and maybe use some more resources like cycle trader, ebay. Reducati has a good point also! | ||

Plus in most states insurance company's won't even insure a salvage title bike. | ||

I have to disagree. The bikes sell used for less than 5K. A damaged bike that's been partially rebuilt and has only a salvage title is not going to be worth much at all when there are still plenty of low mileage bikes to be had. Sometimes reality is a bitch. | ||

I'd bet you'd make more by parting it out, although it will involve a lot of work on your part. I parted a car last year and made over double the amount of the highest offer for the complete car with a clean title. | ||

Gofastalot99 has a good point. If you decide to part it out watch the flea bay sales for a while to know what the market is doing. add it all up and see if the results please you. | ||
