I have drawn up some custom graphics that I want made into vinyls. Just need to find somewhere to get them printed at a reasonable price in Australia.

I used Adobe Flash to create the vector graphics. It has a function to trace a bmp/jpg and create a vector but only works well on simple shapes.

I am getting a sign company to do mine Simmo, I would recommend that. At this rate I am going to end up buying stock and using those as a starting point. Good luck with yours

Twin, why not just take a picture of the ones you have in a close up and then photoshop them the way you want?

Probably 'cause photoshop files can't be cut into vinyls. They need to be vector art (i.e. Illustrator, Coreldraw).

Twin Rider/Simmo --- I think the font used for the 1125r is Serpentine Bold Italic. YOu should be able to find free versions of that font online.

Big: Photoshop can easily be exported to Illustrator and made into vector files. I've done it before. And as far as the sign shop that my room mate worked at, almost any image file could be used to make a vinyl from.

Cheers Spike, I'm in UK and bike is in for paint as we speak. Still waiting on metal flake before decals need to go on, got a pal who will do the vinyls for me here in the UK, we are just struggling to find a decent clear image to use.

Well..... you can do it if you use the tracing tool etc, but it's not near as accurate as doing it in Illustrator in the first place... I work in PS, AI and ID all day long and have figured out some tricks... for something like type, it's best to convert to curves/outlines directly in AI..

Dont' get me wrong, PS eclipses AI and ID in many fields, just the same way the AI does PS and ID, etc etc etc...

This is the graphics I knocked up. I used a dodgy low quality jpg I got off the net and then drew my vector graphic over the top in flash cs4 in a new layer.

Thanks for your offer spike, I've sent you an email.
