@ Kaotikevo, yes. Second part is welded and now starts fitting and finishing. Then fasteners and painting.

Looks excellent...just like a Buell part only cooler because it's alloy. That would look astounding highly polished.

Damn , if he's got all the equipment to make all that at home he could probably make them at a reasonable price . I was never able to offer mine at a reasonable cost because I had to out source too much of the process , but I could get him a CAD drawing of mine , maybe he could offer both...... ?

@ Avalaugh and Thurstonbuell, at this time Iīm going to finish this one and not to make more spoilers.
I made a rough finishing to spoiler and now itīs time to start with fasteners. Then the final finishing.

That is sick. I would buy one of those in a heartbeat. Best looking one I've seen and it's made of aluminum. I want one please. Do you think it would fit with aftermarket exhaust? I've got the Free Spirits slip on.

When I made mine for the stock exhaust , and then installed my HPE exhaust it was a simple adaption , and took about 45 minutes ...

But the front of mine is flat ...

My guess is it would fit no problem , it just becomes somewhat of an open void when the front bubble of the stock exhaust is gone , but would still look fine .

Alright Blower and Thurston, time to offer up some prices! Both of those are beautiful. I really like how the Blower exhaust conforms to the front tire and the diamond plating on the Thurston is sweet! Thurston, you said that it was fairly easy to retrofit your to the HPE what do you think fitting it to a KEDA RT2? Same question for Blower as well. Thanks!

I dont want to hi-jack Blowers thread , but I dont think mine would be hard to retrofit at all , and Blowers maybe w/o any ??? Blower seem's to have knocked his out pretty quickly ,efficiently and is a nice piece , with my limited resources and all , mine just became too pricey to make feasible to reproduce imo ....

Ouch! Yeah, I can see how that would be difficult to sell after you add your markup to it. What a shame, it a great looking chin-spoiler! There is nothing wrong with being original and you have an original piece.

I want thank you all for your commentīs!
I donīt know how aftermarket exhausts will fit to the spoiler I made. There is about 1/4" gap between the chin spoiler and the muffler.
I have been looking for the different chin spoilers (belly pans), but none of them follows the bikes lines. Thatīs why I start made my own design. Now the front of the first part follows the lower line of the pod and the rear follows the frame.
Iīm going to paint it gloss black from the sides and under and the front part with wrinkle black.
The chin parts cost to me maybe 30$ and 10 hours work so far and itīs not finished yet.
Thatīs why I donīt think to made more. Maybe if I find some one, who can work with glassfiber...

Looks Awesome Blower !!! I had a fair amount of turns and bends , and chose to have my cardboard transfered to CAD and laser cut , had to have it welded , etc ...
For me to pay around 200.00 for an aftermarket design I didnt even like , it just made sense to me to make my own , but too pricey to make for you all ...

Well, its looking great. If you do decide to sell a few of those, I'm certain you would have no trouble doing so. I'll take one if you do (if you can do so at a reasonable price).
