Hey guys, I just sold my 09R. Sad, but I'm a one bike at a time kind of guy and it wasn't cutting it for my needs.

I have some slightly damaged white plastics (front, rear, airbox, rt pod) available to local buyers in San Diego. Make me an offer! Also, I have a genuine Buell tailbag (the little one) for sale, and an ECM Spy cable used only once. Make an offer for both, locals only.

It's been fun...and extremely expensive.

So what did you replace her with Ron? Good luck on the sale of your remaining parts.

I picked up a 2006 V-Strom 650 that will last me until May 2011 when my Yamaha Super Tenere is delivered. That should be a pretty good do-it-all bike for street use. At least I hope so since it isn't cheap.

Really? You appeared to be such a sport-oriented rider that this is a surprising choice. I know the cost is even higher but it would seem that the new Multistrada would fulfill your needs (and capabilities) better.

Good luck!

That Tenere motor on a street fighter would be awesome!

It's tuned very much on the mild side to make it smoother in the Tenere. I'm sure they'll use it in some other bikes in the Euro market, but probably not here.

The tailbag is sold, but I've still got that ECM Spy cable and the plastics if anyone is interested. I won't ship because the cost of shipping by any method is prohibitive due to the large size of the plastic pieces.
