Want to get the barker exhaust with a quiet baffel. They have a 1" and a 1 1/5" don't know which one to go with. , but I don't want a real loud exhaust after having the D&D on a Sportster. | ||

Buy both - they're relatively cheap, that way you can pick one dependant on your mood... | ||

I think mine is the 1.5". It's still got a good bit of volume, but it really kills the crackle sound that's most annoying. Like said before, get both and play around with it. The other thing that seemed to have mellowed out the sound was the ebr ECM. | ||

I bought both. I use the 1.5" Have not tried the 1" yet. I think it's the perfect sound and level of tolerable noise. Sounds PERFECT to me. Helps me get over selling my X-1 w/ race exhaust. I have a number of vids on YT with the Barker and 1.5" QC. In this vid you can hear me go through the gears and then cruise in 6th at about 4000 RPM. In this vid you can hear what the Barker sounds like at idle right after I installed it and the Erik Buell Racing race ecm. (Message edited by mountainstorm on August 31, 2010) | ||

I have the 1.5 I love it the 1" one of the guys had earlier this year to restrictive and to quiet the 1.5" seems the best of the lot it is actually louder at idle than when revved up |
