I am looking at upgrading my suspension on my 1125R. How many people have bought the fork upgrade and rear shock from erik buell racing. Are they a big difference over stock? I want a better bike for track days.

I have no experience w/the Showa fork and shock upgrades, but I did have an Ohlins TTX shock on my CR (that just by chance I am selling in the Classified section!). I added a little more ride height and with some fine tuning of the damping, it turned what was already the best handling bike I'd ever ridden into an even more spectacular one. The bike then took bumps better with less bar waggling upright or leaned over on it's ear. It absolutely added to my confidence to push the bike hard.
