Will the front AFV value being 105 and rear 100 cause problems in the future? Valves? Am I losing power? Can I just shrug this off.

105 in the front means it is adding fuel in the front. more fuel is more power, generally. a total value difference of only 5 points is not anything to worry about either. keep an eye on it to see if it keeps changing. otherwise, ride it and have fun. nothing to worry about with those numbers.

The bike is doing exactly what it was designed to do.

its probably at 105 in the front because the cali can dumps extra fuel in the front cylinder, which can cause the afv to be higher in the front cylinder. 105 is running on the rich side, which will not be bad for the engine.
