thinking of buying an 1125 r. but want to buy the fairing kit to cover the sides. Is the kit still available?? Just think the kit really cleans up the look of the bike. Have a line on an 08 1125 with 1800 miles that can be had for 5000.oo. kind of on the fence, if i can get the fairing kit, may pop for the bike

Got a bike with 31 miles that has fairings. Will remove them for $400.

I'm not sure on the failings, kinda like the street look without them, but don't get a buell unless you are prepared to tinker and put up with the
quirks of owning something very different. This bike is not for everyone

There is an HD dealer on EBAY that still has brand new kits. Personally, I prefer the look of the radiator pods so I prefer one of the aftermarket ones the attaches under the pod. Does the bike you are looking at still have a warranty on it??

Avalaugh.. I've owned a 99 x-1 for 7 years It is currently sitting with a blown engine. Kind of tired of messing with it and all the maintenance just to keep it up and running the blown engine is the final blow. Just pondering an 1125 since the money is right and they don't have the h/d based engine..
