What do you guys think. My left fan turns on at 173°f and the right at 205°f. Voltage hangs about 12-12.7v. And I've had everything in the charging system replaced even the battery. So over all voltage is down a volt and temp is up 10°f from what I was getting early this year.

Sounds normal.
It's hotter now than it was, and the fans pull a lot of Amps.
They are a big load on the electrical system.
ECM is programmed to run the fans like that to reduce the total current draw.

Yesterday on my way home on Loretta it was 99-100 AT, 180 CT at 80mph, 14.3 Volts.
Once I got off the freeway, 50mph, 190 CT and 13.6 Volts.

I also have an 09 Uly with the Comfort Kit and Loretta is MUCH cooler to ride now than the Uly.
The Uly cooks my whole right leg.

I'm only running one fan now till I hit 205°f. I used to run both after like 186°f and the voltage was up around 13.6 and now after I had to replace the relay for the stater harness both those things have changed. Even the fan after run is shorter or not at all with the temperature at or above 190° now.

Given what's been replaced, my WAG would be a fan going bad.
If the bearings are rough enough to prevent turning at low speed but high speed gets it going...
If you start popping fan fuses, you'll know for sure.

Try spinning the fans with a stick, manually, and see if one drags.

Tried it the fans seem to be good. They both work its just that the right one kicks on at 205° that seems to high to me. Now the manual tells me they both come on at 170.6° is this change from the new flash.

The latest flash does some things to the fans.
I don't hear mine, the Drummer kinda drowns them out.

I believe there are two speeds and the ECM can run L-R independently.
Maybe the harness flash changed that some again. dunno.

Has it done that from day one?

Not sure. It could have been changed in the latest ECM flash.
