Last month we were talking about meeting up somewhere including maybe riding to Jupiter for Bike Night at Abacoa? The next one is this Thursday. July 15th. (It's always the 3rd Thursday of the month.) That's in my backyard so I'll be there. Anyone else planning to attend?

I'm still in Vegas but flying back to Delray Beach the 18th, so I'd be up for the next one!

I'm in on that. My neighbor and I are planning on heading down there. We were trying to see if a few others in our area wanted to go too. I'm not too sure on the time though.

I'm in on that. .... I'm not too sure on the time though.

Bikes usually start rolling in a half hour before sunset and by 8:30 pm the area really starts to fill up.

Looking forward to seeing you guys here.

DIRECTIONS TO BIKE NIGHT IN ABACOA

From i-95, exit on Donald Ross Road (exit 58, around. mm 83 - WATCH FOR CONSTRUCTION AND SOME UNEVEN PAVEMENT). After exiting, turn east onto Donald Ross Road and go about 1/2 mile, past the first traffic light, to Parkside Drive, the western entrance to Abacoa.

Turn left (north) on Parkside Drive and follow the road +- 1/3 of a mile as it curves a little to the left (northwest) past the golf course and FAU.

Turn right (northeast) at the first stop sign onto University Blvd. And ride one block toward Roger Dean Stadium. Abacoa Town Center, the band shell and all bike night activities will be on the right.

If you still get lost, stop, listen for loud roaring sound, head towards it!

good meeting the 2 Eric's tonight.

when any other meets pop up in that vicinity, let me know either through a pm or on Stormfronts South Florida Rides. I'm always up for a good ride and that was only 60 or so miles north of me, and I use to ride that far to work every day on the XB, so I dont consider it that far.

maybe next time I can drag along some of the others from way down south

Thanks to Torq, Eric and friends for taking the trip to Bike Night at Abacoa last night. I'm with Torq on rounding up a few more Southeast Florida Buell riders and doing some of the other local events.

Count me in on some more rides. It was nice to see some other buells out. It was also good to meet the riders, Eric and Torq. Hopefully we can get some road time with the next meet.
