Since swapping my bars and bleeding the clutch/brake my clutch reservoir has been leaking/weeping a small amount of fluid from in between the seal/cover and the main reservoir, which has trickled down to the lever below it. I made sure it was tight, no luck, took the cover off to make sure the diaphragm seal was good, no luck, did that again and again, still no luck. Any suggestions?

You are over tightening it! Just snug the screws and if still leaks, tighten a little more. I think the spec is 13 inch lbs or something low and that's not much.

Make sure you aren't overfilling it. It should be filled to the top of the window with the reservoir level.
