I get today from my dealer warranty clutch repair kit and new front brake rotor kit (warranty).
My bike is -08 1125R and the clutch weeps first time when it was ridden 2500 km.
Now I have ridden 7400 km and the front brake has "pulsated" last 3000 km.
I made the repairs today and the clutch slave cylinder walls had a "good" wear marks.
There was a lot of assembly grease inside the slave cylinder!
Has anybody else had issues with front rotor?

You can do a search, A number of people on the board have had pulse issue's with the front rotor. Doesn't matter if it is an 1125 or an XB.
There are a number of causes. Here are a few
1. Pad deposits on rotor.
2. Brake dust/road debris fouling the rotor mounting hardware causing the rotor not to float properly.
3. Worn rotor hardware
4. worn rotor
5. Warped rotor

Number 1 is the most common. Most people clean the rotor and usually change the pad's to some after market brand.

Another way to clean the rotor is to perform a few moderately hard to very hard stops. I have had success using this method,it may or may not work for you.

I have my 08 1125R at local H-D waiting on parts for Clutch Weep Warranty Repair. I also requested that they inspect front brake. Front Brake would pulsate at slower speeds. I have had issues with both for the last 3,000 + miles.

Yea, if the rotor isn't DARK multi-colored it ain't warped.

Makes me laugh when guys think they need race parts because they are warping rotors and the brakes on their bikes are as shiny silver as the chicken breasts are wide on the tires.

Buell did themselves a bit of a disservice in my opinion by putting a relatively good brake pad on the bike as the OEM. It expects a rider more serious about the brakes than most seem to be -- hence the deposits and pulsing.

Jdugger,

Exactly, most riders tend to brake using very little pressure over a longer stopping distance.
The rotor and pads never reach an optimum operating temperature which causes the rotor to get gummed up with pad deposits, the outcome being pulsing.

I try to "clean" the rotor by braking harder, but when the front rotor get warm the pulsating get worse. Now with the new rotor itīs like it should be.
