I noticed the FAQ section is missing a thread about the clutch cover leaks that some have had. Does anyone have a link to a good thread with details, pictures, and possibly how to do that piston/seal replacement yourself?

That would be great as I've noticed when I took my cap off I saw some leakage.

I got my hand on some nice really helpful stuff, I will get around to posting it and making a nice thread in the FAQ section soon : )

Yeah that would be great if everything could be consolidated into one thread! I am trying to build a nice case for when I take my bike into the dealer!

I would imagine my CR would qualify for the clutch weep problem. Except the clutch slave just disappeared altogether. It sat for about a week or so in the garage and when I attempted to go for a ride, there was no resistance in the clutch lever. There was no puddle of fluid on the floor and no signs that it was getting ready to not work. The dealer pulled the clutch lever, wiped his finger around the Buell emblem on the side of the engine and said yep, its failed, parts on order for the clutch with the wire harness recall, etc.
