Bike:
'08 1125r
Erik Buell Racing Full Race Exhaust
Erik Buell Racing Race ECM (pump gas)
Stock airbox, filter, etc.

The blue line is bone stock baseline that I did at a different time, different day, but same dyno and operator.
Red line is the current configuration.

I haven't really rode the bike much (next races are July 3-4 at Road America), but am looking forward to the extra pull it should have.
You can see at 9k it has roughly a 20hp increase!!

And it's loud, but a verrrry good loud!

Wow, looks like you got a nice bump in high RPM torque as well. Good job. This should be good for the track, not so much on the street.

Yeah, I figured with the massive diamater of the pipes right off the motor that it would probably lose a bit on the bottom, but boy does it make up for it on the top!

And this is installed on my race bike, so it looks really good for it's intended use!

Hmm, thought there would be more interest in this.
Oh well.

I wish my numbers were a little higher like yours. I think its just a dyno thing though.

144hp is very impressive.

Hard to understand the dyno pictures without an RPM reference.

At what RPM does the E-B-R red line pass the Stock blue line and what RPM did the dyno operator stop?

What were the AF ratio's like?

Sorry, my picture did cut off the RPM scale, hadn't noticed that.

Red line passes blue at 7800rpm.
The redline for the Erik Buell Racing ECM is 10800rpm, 10500rpm on the stock blue line.

Each vertical line is 1000rpm.

AF was all over, the operator thinks their sniffer wasn't working right as it wouldn't even read part of the time.

Big gains at 9000 RPM! 144 hp is great!

Riding with Harleys my CR keeps up best in the 4000-5000 rpm range. Your setup does well there too!

I am going to move this to the dyno section so that it is easier to compare to others.

Pretty darn close.
It's too bad these sections get stuck at the bottom of the page, would really get more use if they were at the top.
