I am assuming that the # 1 injector is mounted on the rear cylinder (I also assume this to be #1 cylinder) but not totally sure. I removed the 08 plastic bodied injectors to replace with the newer steel units and to my suprise they are marked #1 and #2. Must be slightly different and now I forgot their location, whoops. Any help please would be appreciated

It is the same part# for both injectors front and back. Are you replacing the originals for the later "targeted" style? My 08 ran like crap when I changed out the injectors to the later 09's. There has to be different flow characteristics that only a proper remap would show any benefit of, if there is even any benefit to be gained by changing injectors.

Thanks Bertman, sounds like there is a difference with the new injectors, maybe that's why my 08 plastic ones are marked #1 and #2. Wonder why your ran like crap when you changed them out. Something must have changed besides just the difference between plastic and metal bodies.
