Long story short. The dealer had to rotate my engine to replace the cam position sensor. Now the bike seems to have more vibration from about 5k on up, also more top end noise, could be just me? Anyway if they rotated the engine where should I start looking for things that might be wrong that are causing the vibration? I realize I could take it back, but I really don't want too if I can help it.

They did not reflash the ecm as far as I know . I even tried 2 ecms to make sure . The bike also seems to be down on power and if I am not real careful with the throttle when I take off it will stall

Wonder if maybe you got a vacuum leak? Might explain the loss of power and the idle issue. Might even explain the vibration if the a/f mixture is out of whack enough.

might have found a problem . The rear O2 sensor was unplugged the front was plugged in. checked the motor mounts that I could reach and they torqued to spec. Will have to wait till tomorrow to see if it helped. Thanks
