make sure the bolt retainer is not held by plastic only, before tightening i have recently ran into this problem with the fly screen screws. the retainer inside the headlight ripped the plastic and now i cant get into the headlight assembly which really sucks due to the fact i had an hid headlight go out but hats off to bumpus harley davidson in memphis tn they are going to replace the entire headlight assembly as warranty work..... this isnt the dealership i bought the bike from but they are stepping up and taking care of the problem since the dealership i bought the bike from acts like buell tryed to kill hd....long live erik and buell racing |
