Chose your exhaust system, then order a ebr ecm. You won't believe the difference in power and control. The deep tone I now get from the Barker exhaust is worth the $250. Check other post here.

There are a couple of piggyback options but I wouldn't go that route, the stock ECM is tuneable or you can pick up the Erik Buell Racing Race ECM which is an absolute bargain!

+1 to what Jules said. I am saving my pennies for the Erik Buell Racing ECM. After reading ad nosium on here about plug and play tuners versus tuners versus Erik Buell Racing ECM I think being able to go the man who built the machine is the best option.

I don't need infinite tun-ability for the riding I do, so the Erik Buell Racing ECM seems like the ultimate plug and play device.

i'm running the motty afr tuner with a firmware upgrade/lc-1 combo that lets it run two wideband sensors. it works brilliantly but the entire package is about $1100 and you'll need to be deft with a soldering iron and able to get to the rear o2 sensor as well. the only real issue with the setup is that the o2 bungs are in a non ideal location and should be moved further down-stream.
